Every time I go now they’re actually begging me for a tip. Sticking out the pin pad so I can tip them. Even tho they get paid hourly wage. You’re taking my order thru a window and handing me my food??? This isn’t a sit down restaurant why are you begging for tips? There’s only one person that doesn’t do this and I appreciate them. The fact that you’re asking for a tip for a 5 minute interaction is mind boggling to me.

I love Dunkin Donuts cold brew coffee. Of all the chains it is the best. However, on 5/13 at 8:15am for the first time in my frequent visits I had a credit card machine shoved in my face in the drive through asking for a tip. Look, my coffee is $4.97 and comes out of a spigot I don't think this is a tipping situation. Shoving the machine in my face through my car window was extremely off putting and not appreciated.

I had a great breakfast today at the new Dunkin’ Donuts on Main near Drake. Sweet black pepper, croissant breakfast sandwich and an iced decaf with cream. Met the Owner, what a nice guy. I just found my new to go breakfast on the run.

I love this Dunkin! The staff are friendly, especially Breej. He's a great worker who is always smiling and asking me how I am doing. The service is fast and friendly and I can look forward to getting my food on-time.

Every time I visit this Dunkin Donuts, I’m greeted with warm smiles and quick service even during busy mornings! The staff are friendly, patient, and always get my order right. The coffee is fresh, the donuts are soft and delicious, and the store is always clean and well organized. I especially appreciate how consistent they are whether I stop by early in the morning or later in the day, the quality and service never change. It’s easily my favorite Dunkin’ location they truly make my mornings better!
